The following meditation is based upon the Essenes' teachings... the daily meditations or communions are designed to be used morning and evening in addition to the noon practice called the Sevenfold Peace. At the beginning of each meditation, the following prologue is recited:
"I enter the spaciousness of this timeless and infinite Garden with reverence to the Source and Energy of Life, to the Earth and all its fullness, to the spiritual teachers of all traditions, to the liberating purity of truth, and with reverence to all who courageously walk the Path of Spirit..."
You are encouraged to spend time sitting with the following statement before continuing to read.
"Energies of Earth, enter my generative organs and regenerate my whole body."

Allow me to regenerate this body as you regenerate the Earth
Open the energy and Spirit that created and recycles the universe to so bring new life to each cell...
Move my generative energies to co-create in consciousness, body, and soul the unconditional state of Love that already exists everywhere...

As the soil of the earth generates and regenerates life and plants, so our bodies can replenish and heal. As we open to the positive unconditional love energy that is in all things, our bodies know how to heal and recharge... Let us open to that all-pervasive love and God-energy that continues to generate and recycle the worlds and all inhabitants.
While this communion relates to the power of generation in the surface of the physical planet and in our sexual organs, we are reminded that it our task to embrace the life generating forces around us and in us, enabling us to be more receptive in absorbing this great creative power of the universe, and respecting, mastering, directing, and utilizing it for the good of all.
