You may be sensing the need to have someone to talk with who listens with an ear to understand you and your life situation. John has been listening and empowering people from all walks of life to deal more effectively with trauma, stresses, transitions, frustrations, decisions, and conflicts. Our work together will help you help find more satisfying ways to response to your life situations.
Our lives are filled with hopes and disappointments, joys and sad times, as well as times of clarity or confusion. Life coaching can provide some wanted reflection and also strength and support as you are finding your way through a particular situation.

Coaching involves practical education and training to improve communication,
attitudinal, problem-solving, and other everyday life skills. It can help alter negative thinking into positive action. Sometimes we need to learn some new
skills that will help us move into new and better ways of living with more contentment. Other times we only need to nourish what is already sprouting.
Mostly using brief and practical techniques aimed at problem solving, John also brings a larger spiritual perspective that helps each person find and own the answers that come from within. As a non-sectarian ordained minister, John brings an accepting and caring energy to support your process and growth. He has worked in various positions over the years in education, business, and private practice helping people through loss, grief, and personal changes as well as work-related re-evaluations and transitions.
John's portfolio summary of his training, background, and experience can be found here. Cooperatively, we focus on what ever seems to be surfacing and sessions are often guided by interaction during in-person or online Skype sessions as well as your presenting concerns.
Fees for Life Coaching Services**:
One on One Coaching:
- One free introductory session which usually runs about 20-30 minutes in length.
- Individual Sessions [In-person and Skype calls]:Sliding Scale of $120-$60 per session hour.
Emails and email responses for online coaching:
- Subscription for monthly coaching to include up to 15 email correspondences:
Sliding scale: $300 - $220/month. - Fees for individual coaching email responses:Sliding scale of $2.00-$1.00 per minute. To be billed at agreed upon rate.
**Note: When someone is unable to pay the stated market rates or low end of the scale, a "pay what you can" approach can be implemented for individual sessions and services.
