Glutathione is the naturally produced main antioxidant that our body makes and utilizes to combat cellular inflammation, free radicals, oxidative stress, and also helps escort toxins, heavy metals and other unnecessary or foreign substances from our cells and our body. Glutathione production decreases with age and illness and it is estimated, under "normal" circumstances, that we lose about 10-12% of the Glutathione production each decade of living after the teen years.

Glutathione as a supplement is not effective as its size prohibits absorption by our cells. Max scientists/doctors came up with a formula to input the ingredients our body uses to produce the glutathione within our cells... the amino acid of L-cysteine is combined with D-Ribose in a patented compound called "Riboceine."
