"The Eternal Now" - 14th Century Style

We often wake up and find ourselves right here in the Now... again and again...

The sense of the "Now" can be described as that present moment awareness that expands beyond time and always is..."The Eternal Now"... In addition to experiencing the Now, we may have heard this spoken about or read about it in "New Thought" and "New Age" seminars or books over the past decades ...

As I was reading today, I came across this quote on the "Eternal Now" by Meister Eckhart who was a Christian mystic who lived on the planet from 1260-1327:

"The Now in which God created the first [human] and the Now in which the last [human] will disappear and the Now in which I am speaking - all are the same in God, and there is only one Now."
