I have mentioned the term "Psychosynthesis" when discussing my training and various aspects of personal and spiritual growth dynamics. While the following article was initially written by Martha Crampton in the 70s, I like it because it provides a terrific historical and summary perspective.

Note: The map of consciousness is stilll quite useful, although I have found that some evolution in the conceptual framework has been welcomed, particularly the "no boundaries" through showing all lines as dotted lines and the energy of the "Higher Self" being present throughout the entire map, not just at the top of the egg diagram.
I have developed a techniques called the Magical Inner Theater (MIT) which is designed for self guiding and transforming emotions and energies through visualization. I will be transposing it to article form and including it on this blog by August1, 2013. You may find it in the July archives or in the sidebar when posted.
