One Being

One Flow

 

Creating and Re-creating

One Consciousness

Reflected through stained glass vessels

Producing differences and uniqueness

 

Good

Bad

... distorted labels

separating the Oneness 

into illusions of individuals

so ego plays at control

 

One Love Flow

River of Joy

 

Greed and Domination

flowing fearfully

separate and conquer

 

Yet the Oneness Remains

Now

 

Mind games dance

in fantasies

of yesterdays

of tomorrows

Denying this Moment

 

Forever and forever

Presenting Now

 

Life is One

Life Breathes All

Feel the Oneness

Joy and Beauty

Joy and Beauty -  a Tuesday morning meditation...

"Angel and Essence of Joy, descend upon the earth and our awareness, giving beauty to all beings."

May I set aside old ways of being and seeing to give beauty and joy the space to enter...

May I see beauty and feel the joy of being in this present moment... suspending my thinking and judgments... suspending my thoughts of the past or concerns for tomorrow...

May I enter this moment of emerging energies and allow the feelings of Joy and the sense of beauty and harmony to fill my being and quicken my soul...

Essence of beauty and joy, cleanse what was negative or false from my mind and body that I may add to the vital and positive life energies of my body, being, and the world around me... now...

Now, here is a brief reminder you might want to apply today....

What I am suggesting is something that is quite simple and also, for many seems difficult. Perhaps you may not want to do this or you may decide to try it for a day.

Our egoic thinking processes along with all our years of being domesticated by interpersonal and collective groups (our tribes) have produced within us a world view... what we believe about our world and how it operates.

If you choose to do this, I would encourage you to suspend the constructed world view for a day or so by occasionally reminding yourself of the following other possibilities:

• "I really don't know..."
• "What I am thinking about the world and my situation right now is most likely incomplete and may be totally inaccurate..."
• "I do not really know why things are the way they are right now..."
• "I do not know what is going on in the lives of others or why they are acting in a certain way..."
• "I do not know if something is actually 'good' or 'bad'..."

Suspending judgments based upon our tribal past can provide a new window for seeing the beautiful in life and experiencing the joy of Being in the Present Moment.

Peace, Beauty, and Joy be with you...

This Perfect Storm

Storms come across the open ocean to busy beaches and rocky coasts alike…

Darkness comes as surely as daybreak

Teams win and teams lose

Milk spills and stumbles happen

Life situations are what they are…

Cycles come and go

Each moment has its unique pattern of energies

Birth and death are partners

The full moons and the new moons are the same moon

Yet, from our perspective, totally opposite …

Sometime the light seems non-existent except for artificial idols

Yet the light is there… and here

Dark nights are part of the cycling of life… the winters of retreat

Non-action

Reflection

Integration

Healing

Germination deep in the fertile soil

Preparing for new growth

There are days that only have questions and wandering

Sitting on nothing

And everything

I am reminded that other days existed and will come… but all consist of the present…

The ever-present creating source force of energetic dynamism called 'Life'

Tomorrows are here and were here now

Yesterdays are always here and never here now

Time twists around and in upon itself until all that is left is timeless time…

Yesterday and tomorrow and today is one

There is no division, just as there is no division in any of Life

Ever-present

Everywhere present

All time and no time

And I sit in the mist

Boundless ...

And confined by boundaries I create

In the ethereal soup of creative genius and Love

The perfect Storm rolls through the ages and onto the shores of form

And we interpret as 'bad' or 'good'

From worn out lenses

And tribal tales

The energy of the perfect storm of this day

Interrupts our trances

And calls to us

"Wake Up! …

Be aware of this 'Now'

Let your mind be blown apart by what is True

Let your eyes see the reSourcefullness

And ongoing co-creating

Hear the whispers and shouts of

Life's Essential SPiRiT

Beyond the thoughts and fantasies you create…

Be in this perfect storm

And be the Life you are

One with all that is and ever has been and ever will be…

Surrender to the Perfect Storm

To this moment in your spiraling

Always moving

Always coming and going

Birthing and dying

Synthesizing action and being

Into One Harmonious Dance"
